We offer free pickup and delivery to businesses in the Bay Area and Seattle, as well as residential locations of your work-from-home force! This is not covered under your warranty, and is just something we offer for our business clients.
Please provide instructions for our driver to pick up from the main location(s) that we are servicing.
Preferred steps are that you have units ready for pickup as soon as you submit a ticket: and left with a front desk/reception personal. Once you submit a ticket, we will pick up the unit anytime from that moment through end of the following business day, so please make sure the machine is ready.
If our driver needs to contact someone once they arrive or go through any security portals, or if your specific location is difficult to find: please mention all of that here.
Our drivers are only able to wait for 5 minutes. If they have to contact someone, and that person is not available or doesn't reply within that time, our driver will need to leave and move on to the next stop, so please make sure to have the machines ready.
Once your repair is complete, we will just return back to you as soon as possible. A signature will be required on your side, when we deliver the unit. Please let us know if we can deliver to front desk, or if we need to contact someone. Please note the same 5 minute wait time policy will apply.
