We’re Woman Owned.
ComputerCare was proud to achieve certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) in 2021. Our commitment to economic success and employee development is reflected in our base compensation, which is triple the US minimum wage.
We believe in creating an equitable workplace that promotes a work-life balance, because we know that these initiatives not only benefit our team, but also result in improved service for our customers.
“I believe companies that balance short term profits with long term benefits for employees, can build stronger businesses, and more productive teams.”
