What We Do

At ComputerCare, we can handle service and repair for most devices! Whether a warranty repair, or non-warranty repair, our goal is to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. Simply fill out a service ticket and we’ll come pick up your device and drop it back off to you once it’s repaired.

NOTE: Pickup and delivery service is for business clients only. Individual walk-ins are always welcome to drop off items for repair at our Santa Clara location. If you have an Apple repair and would prefer to make an appointment you can do so here.

Warranty Repair

ComputerCare provides you with details regarding your equipment’s warranty status, and we can perform any repairs covered under the warranty. We are authorized to perform warranty repairs on:

Apple Lenovo Think models HP
(Except Pavilion, Envy or other “consumer” models)
(Except machines with “Depot Only” warranties)

Non-warranty Repair

Whether your warranty is expired, or just doesn’t cover the damage on your machine, we can handle the repairs. Our standard diagnostic fee is $49 for all makes and models. However, this fee is waived should you decide to go through with the repairs. We have a flat labor rate of $149, plus the cost of any parts needed. We can work on the following machines:

Apple Lenovo Think models HP
(Except Pavilion, Envy or other “consumer” models)


iPhone Repairs/Replacements

ComputerCare is authorized by Apple to perform iPhone repairs with or without a warranty. Some damage requires a whole unit replacement, which we can facilitate for you. Learn more about iPhone repair.

Hardware Upgrades

Want to update your machines hard drive or memory? We can help you determine what your machine can handle, order parts, and handle the install. Just open a service ticket and let us know what you currently have, what you’d like to upgrade to, and if you prefer to stick to your machines brand for parts or would like to go third party.

We have contact-free walk-in service at our Santa Clara location, pick-up (business customers only), residential curbside pick-up (Bay Area business customers only), and ship-in options to meet your needs.
