How Managed Services Work

We can provide your company with the kind of hardware support that lets you get the most out of your machines. While every Managed Services contract is different, these are some of the features and benefits that we offer.

On-site Staff

We can send staff onsite anywhere within the US or UK based on contract needs. Many companies—including some you’ve heard of, like Facebook, LinkedIn and AirBnB, (and also a certain popular search engine)—even opt to have permanent or semi-permanent ComputerCare technicians stationed “in-house” to provide ongoing specialized hardware support. This often includes mass software and/or hardware updates, imaging, virus cleanup, operating system installation, data transfer, hard drive removal, data encryption and more.

Warranty Service

Managed Services customers have access to all of the standard hardware support that ComputerCare offers. This means we are certified to provide warranty service and repair on all of your company’s Apple, Lenovo,  Toshiba and HP products. The entire repair process, including our business delivery services, are free under warranty. If you don’t have a warranty, its no problem; we can still handle the repairs.

Pick up & Delivery

For computer repairs, we offer free pick-up and delivery service. Just fill out a service ticket and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll have your repaired machines back to you faster than the manufacturers’ depots, with an average turn-around time of 3-5 business days.

Reporting

We have extensive reporting capabilities and can even provide companies detailed analytics about their own computer usage (break rates, average lifecycle, etc).
